LifeScene helps you find memories in your photo library, keep them as Scenes, and revisit them later.

FAQ

Are photos and videos uploaded to a server?

No. LifeScene does not upload your photos or videos to its own server. They are displayed by referring to your device’s photo library.

If I delete LifeScene, are my photos deleted too?

No. Deleting LifeScene does not delete photos or videos stored in your photo library.

However, information stored in LifeScene—such as Scene titles, date ranges, and tags—is deleted.

Can I search for memories in my photos again?

Yes. In LifeScene Settings, choose “Find memories again” to search your photo library for candidates at any time.

What if the date range of a found memory is wrong?

You can change the period on the memory candidate detail screen before saving it as a Scene. You can also edit the Scene after saving.

Can I safely show photos to friends or family?

LifeScene has a “Show a friend” mode that displays only the photos and videos of that Scene. Returning to the normal screen requires device authentication, which helps prevent other Scenes or photos from being seen by accident.
